CLEARED CONSCIENCE

I am omoluabi;
My yes is strong like a rock unmoved
And my no stand firm with its two feet on the rock.
Nothing can influence or make me feel guilty,
I have a clear conscience,
And a sense of wholeness.

Like a pure white garment,
My mind is painted white all through;
No spot can be detected or removed,
Even if it were to be washed with So Klin soap.
I am innocent!
I refuse to be stained till death cross my path.

Does Love at First Sight Really Exist?

It’s Saturday night, and the bar is packed. A beautiful
brunette is sitting at the bar, sipping a vodka soda and
chatting with a friend. Then, out of the corner of her eye,
she catches the glimpse of a man. Their eyes lock.
And they lived happily ever after. But is it really that
easy?
Legend of Love — Why It Matters
Don’t get too sloppy on that first date — researchers who
study human attraction say people form opinions quickly
when it comes to romance . In fact, some researchers
think it takes just three minutes to decide whether
someone’s a potential mate (and that’s before the drinks
come out). And findings about friends who click
immediately might also apply to romantic partnerships.
In one study on friendships, people who enjoyed the first
few minutes together were likely to develop a close
relationship after nine weeks .
But instant attraction isn’t just in our heads: There may
be a biological basis to love at first sight . Studies
have found animals are more likely to mate with partners
they’re genetically compatible with . It’s unclear
whether this research applies to humans, but some
scientists think we might be pre-programmed to spot “the
one.” Romantic attraction could serve an evolutionary
function — we seek out specific people that will be
suitable mates, and give everyone else the boot . But
meeting that special someone’s gaze and falling in love
may be a bit more complicated.

Instalove? — The Answer/Debate
Although about half the American population believes in
love at first sight, not everyone falls head over heels right
away. Perhaps surprisingly, women aren’t always the
romantics in this love equation: One study found men
experience love at first sight more often than women .
Researchers think that’s because men respond to
physical cues more readily than women, and women tend
to develop trust more gradually than men. And people
might be more inclined to believe in love at first sight
when they’re younger. Folks over 50 are six percent less
likely than people under 50 to think people can fall in
love immediately (possibly because they’ve had more
romantic relationships with different partners).
But it’s unclear how often love at first sight turns into a
successful partnership. One survey in Israel found only
about 10 percent of people say their long-term
relationships began that way. While people can be
instantly attracted to each other, some scientists say
being in love means really getting to know someone
over time .
So don’t throw in the towel if that first date didn’t go so
hot. Psychologists believe more interactions with
someone can make them look more attractive and
intelligent. (Wanna’ hang out tomorrow, and the next day,
and the next…?) It may be worth giving love at second or
third sight a chance, too.

The Takeaway
Sometimes one look is all it takes to fall in love. But
some experts think real affection develops gradually over
time.

10 Characteristics of Successful Relationships

People seeking couples counseling seek change to a relationship
dynamic that isn't working in some way. The problems can
include poor communication, lack of emotional safety,
resentment, trust violations and many other issues. It might
even be that the couple have different ideas of what the
problems are or simply a felt sense that things are not right.
Couples who demonstrate the makings or potential of a strong
relationship foundation are in a better position to work through
challenging situations as they arise.
There are many attributes of healthy and connected relationships
but here are some of them:
10 Characteristics of Successful Relationships

1. Friendship: Couples who have a strong friendship have
staying power. They not only love each other but
genuinely like each other as people. They enjoy hanging
out together. They might even consider each other their
“best friend.”

2. Humor: Partners who can make each other laugh tend
to be good at de-escalating conflict when it arises. Be
cautious of appropriate use of humor. If things have
gotten too tense, it might not be appropriate in that
moment.

3. Communication: Those who are able to openly express
their feelings and avoid burying hurt or anger, often deal
with situations as they come up more effectively. This
avoids the build-up of resentment.

4. Chore Sharing: Couples who divvy up the household or
parenting responsibilities collaboratively are less likely
to harbor bad feelings about what they perceive as
“unfair.” When both are participating in the relationship
and related duties, it lends itself to a team atmosphere.

5. Sexual Intimacy: Couples who feel sexually and
physically connected, tend to feel more cared for. But
keep in mind there are varying levels of needs and
meanings to sexual intimacy. Talk to each other about
it.

6. Affection: A hug, kiss, tussle of the hair and other brief
displays of affection remind each other that they
matter. This is especially important with hectic lives
with work and family obligations. Brief displays of
affection can remind each other that you’re still there
and love each other.

7. Avoidance of the “Horsemen of the Apocalypse”: This
is a term coined by couples researcher, John
Gottman, PhD, who is able to predict divorce with
incredible accuracy. His “four horsemen of the
apocalypse” are criticism, contempt, defensiveness and
stonewalling. Work hard to avoid these behaviors to
minimize damaging the relationship.

8. Mutual and Separate Friends/Hobbies: Partners who
socialize with other couples and also maintain separate
friendships demonstrate balance in regards to honoring
themselves as individuals and the relationship. Self
satisfaction and fulfillment adds to relationship
satisfaction. It’s important to feels secure being who
you are within the dynamic as well as be clear on how
each partner views a satisfactory balance.

9. Reliability: Partners in a relationship want to feel they
can rely upon each other. If couples do what they say
and say what they do, they create an atmosphere of
safety in knowing their words and actions mean
something. They can both breathe a sigh of relief to
know the other has their back.

10. Repair Attempts: When couples take responsibility for
their mistakes with each other, take responsibility and
offer a repair attempt, there is another important way to
avoid resentment to grow. This requires an ability to be
humble.

9 Signs He's Not a Cheater

Being cheated on is the worst. You feel rejected but also pissed.
You don't know who you can trust. Well, scientific studies have
narrowed down some traits that are statistically more common
in guys who cheat, so here are some signs (not confirmation,
obviously) that your guy will never stray.
1. You bring home the same amount of money. A recent study
from the American Sociological review showed that partners
were less likely to cheat if they were in the same (or similar)
income brackets. Men were more likely to cheat if they made a
lot more money than their partner, and they were most likely to
cheat if they made a lot less. So if you two have similar
paychecks, you've got statistics on your side.
2. He's from the Midwest. According to this poll , Midwesterners
are just too well-mannered to cheat on their partners.
3. His friends are also faithful. People are more likely to cheat if
their friends are also cheaters, according to M. Gary Newman,
author of The Truth About Cheating . If his friends are trustworthy,
it's likely he's trustworthy too.
4. He feels loved and trusted. According to a study conducted by
Newman , most men don't cheat because they're not satisfied
sexually. They cheat because they're seeking emotional
satisfaction.
5. He's an extrovert. Extroverts are less likely to go along with
the influence of others. Research shows that introverts are
actually more likely to cheat because they're more likely to agree
to someone propositioning them. So even if he's always out
there meeting new people, you actually might be safer.
6. He just seems like the kind of guy who wouldn't
cheat. According to a real study that people spent time on ,
researchers found that you can trust your gut when it comes to
guys who look like they'd cheat. If your gut is telling you "no,"
then it's a good idea to listen to that gut.
7. He's really into Pantera. Yeah, according to this survey
conducted by the Mirror (so, questionable), heavy metal listeners
are apparently the least likely to cheat.
8. He comes from a big family. A survey from adult meet-up site
Seeking Arrangements shows that cheaters are usually only
children. Ask if he has a sister.
9. He has a hard time getting it up. A sad study published in
the Archives of Sexual Behavior showed that men who are easily
aroused are more likely to cheat, so I guess mark one in the
"pros" column for whiskey dick.

10TH CODE OF WRITING

CONTINUE WRITING

After these codes, the next code that makes all codes effective is to continue writing till the end of the world then you will see you will create a niche for yourself in that when you die, immortality of your write ups begins.

Read this short poem:

“I may die, but my write ups will not die
I might be immovable, but my write ups will travel far
The world may not see my face, but they will read my write ups
There is one thing I would love to happen when I die
Is to hear from heaven my words been read from earth”

NOT BOTHERED SINCERELY

NOT BOTHERED SINCERELY

He faced the Judge who gave an opportunity
Probably might be his last words before a hot judgment
Then he opened his mouth

“From the gutters I was picked (sighs)
Hard to struggle before I was picked (nodded)
Why can’t the world just give me what I picked? (cloud of tears)
I struggled but still pieces I picked (tears building up)
I laughed at myself when I was picked (a drop of tears)
Not quite long I was deciding about the gun I picked
Either to use it on where I was picked (cleaned a rolling tear)
The first son of the thief we voted and picked
That got to post and forgot those that picked (another drop of tears)
Now I am waiting for what the Judges had picked (smiled with it)
Anyway I am not bothered sincerely (gestured)
My being alive was not felt sincerely
The person I killed is in heaven bothered sincerely (hands up)
Wanting me to come over there to enjoy sincerely (tears soaked his cheeks)
My view about what your judgment will look like sincerely (pointed at the judge)
Is really making me not bothered about earth sincerely
I wish the hands of time can be faster sincerely (his tears was drying)
I wish to ask God some questions sincerely (yeah!!!!!!)
And I know he will answer me with his pure heart sincerely (sure!!!!!!)
So Mr. Judge, this is what I am telling you sincerely (hmmmmm!!!!!)
Deep down my heart, I am NOT BOTHERED SINCERELY” (I couldn’t help it also)

Jahismine has got this written down,
It was really some deep heartbreaking last words….

I remain
Jahismine O.

9TH CODE OF WRITING

JOIN A GROUP OF WRITERS

When I started writing, that was actually when I knew some of my friends to be a writer. I really wondered why they kept it to themselves like that never wanting to let anybody know. Then I started moving with them, and it was really fun writing and showing to them. Their critics and encouraging words really got me going deep more in writing till where I am today and I’ve gotten to know more people to improve more. “Surround yourself with smart people who can argue with you” Confucius. Also note “89% of what your life become today are the results of the people you mix with”. “Don’t forget life begins when you begin to move with friends with same dreams and motifs like you”.

This was why J.Writer Productions has given you this platform where your works will be reviewed by experienced writers and they will give your works critics and encouraging words. “Through their comments, you will know you are improving”. And note if they complain a lot, that doesn’t mean you are not good but it’s just that you’ve forgotten a code.

8TH CODE OF WRITING

FIND THE RIGHT KIND OF WORDS

This next step is the beauty of what you have in mind to put down into writing. That means you should also be conversant to reading other books, poems, write ups and listen to songs by poets to know words relating to some emotions. You should know that there are some words that are related to some emotions. You can go search through Google to know these words. (They are often the synonyms of these words)

You need to know how to use words relating to an emotion to drive people into the emotion you are creating. E.g. dad, you really disappointed me (cloud of tears on his face). Looking at this short sentence, the word in the bracket will actually punch the heart of your readers and it would be as if they want to cry. As if they are crying for the person, that is using words to drive emotions.

“The life of a write up is in its ability to drive an existing emotion into the emotion you are trying to portray”. E.g. I was trying to prove that I love someone in my write up, then I will find words to portray that person into feeling same emotion as mine. “you are the star in my cloud just as the star is embedded in the cloud so your love is embedded in my heart. (chuckles)”. Look at that small message that is talking about love, if you notice I underlined the word chuckles. That word alone will make your reader feel like they are the one and they will actually chuckle following your writing. These words make your write up drive the emotion of your reader. These short efisssies are capable of making your write up beautiful.

“as a writer, I believe so much in using my writings to drive the emotion of my reader” Jahismine O. (2018)

7 Crucial Rules for Dating Your Friend's Ex

Lots of people have told me unequivocally that they would never
date a friend's ex. They wholeheartedly believe that it's wrong,
disrespectful, and if a friend did that to them, they'd never talk to
that person again. They believe this is something everybody
knows, that they're just following the rules.
What I've noticed, though, is that every person I've heard
espouse this worldview was straight. This rule is almost never
stated or enforced among queer communities. If you're gay, you
will almost inevitably date a friend's ex at some point. Queer
communities are often small and insular, and once you've found
one, you tend to hold on to it for dear life. It's difficult to meet
people you're romantically interested in beyond an already-
defined circle, and outside of your city's queer scene, most
people you run into are likely to be straight. Even if you meet
someone to whom you think you have no previous connection, a
10-minute conversation almost always reveals that she went to
high school with your college roommate, used to be on a
volleyball team with that girl from your book club, and had a six-
month stand with your favorite barista.
Queers don't tend to expect our dates to come into our lives
completely free of prior complication. We know our backstories
will be tangled and intertwined. I can count the degrees of
hookup separation between my closest friends and myself, and
usually come up with no more than two or three. In fact, when
we met, my now-partner was on a date with my best friend. They
dated casually for a few weeks before they split up and we got
together, and three years later the same friend gave one of the
readings at our wedding.
Whether you're gay, straight, bi, or not into labels, dating a
friend's ex can absolutely be done without sacrificing your
friendship — you just have to follow a few simple guidelines.

1. Don't gossip. It's common to assume that anything shared
with you is by default shared with your partner as well; however,
your friend might be much less comfortable speaking to you in
confidence if she thought the details of her personal life were
going to be relayed to someone who used to share her
toothbrush. (I'm going to use female pronouns for your friend,
and male pronouns for your sweetie, for the sake of simplicity;
however, every rule here applies no matter the genders of the
participants.) Keep your friend's secrets. The reverse is also
true; no matter how much you love discussing your dude with
your besties, his ex can probably live without hearing the details
of his current sex life. Save it for your diary or for anyone who
didn't date him.

2. Don't trash talk. It's OK to come to your partner for advice if
you're arguing with your friend, or vice versa, but absolutely
resist the urge to belittle or insult one of them to the other. This
can be extremely tempting if they ended on bad terms and you
know you'll find a sympathetic ear. However, in order to maintain
a healthy relationship with both of them, it's crucial that you
never seem even a little like you're taking sides in their breakup
or casting either one as the bad guy, even months or years after
the fact. If you need to vent about one of them, find a neutral
party.

3. Respect boundaries without making assumptions. For
instance, if your friend doesn't want to go to parties where her ex
will be in attendance, don't pressure her. But don't assume she
doesn't want an invite if you haven't asked! In general, allow
your friend and your sweetheart to decide how much contact they
want with each other, and don't push them to associate if they're
not into it. Remember that you can love them both without them
necessarily having to enjoy each other. This goes for friends and
partners who haven't dated, too, now that I think of it. Set aside
time for each of them and honor it — don't drag your lover along
on girls' night out (not even if your lover is a lady; queer chicks
are so bad about this), and don't invite your friend to what was
supposed to be a romantic dinner at home.

4. No comparisons. Don't ask your man if you're prettier/
smarter/better at Scrabble than his last girlfriend. Don't do this
ever, but especially not if his last girlfriend is the person you're
going rock climbing with Sunday. No matter what his answer is,
it's going to make things weird. Besides, comparing yourself to
anybody — even if you come out ahead — is always going to lead
to feeling crappy, because basing your self-esteem on where you
stand relative to someone else is Not Healthy. So don't seek out
comparisons, and if your dude brings up the topic, tell him you're
not interested in hearing it. You and your friend are not in
competition, except when you're actually playing Scrabble.

5. Don't be paranoid. Don't try to keep your boyfriend and your
bud from associating because you're afraid they still have
feelings for each other, and don't constantly seek reassurance
that that's not the case. Trust that your dude is with you
because he likes you and you're awesome, not because he's
biding his time until your friend takes him back. Trust that your
friend is happy you've found someone you dig, not plotting to
sabotage your love. And don't ever use jealousy or insecurity
over their past relationship to excuse irrational or controlling
behavior on your part. Of course, if your sweetie gives you a
legitimate reason to believe he's untrustworthy, get out of there
stat, but if there's really nothing wrong, don't create problems
where none exist.

6. Don't pry into their relationship. It may be tempting ask your
friend to analyze what happened between the two of them so
that you can avoid making the same mistakes, but resist that
urge. Likewise, don't grill your boyfriend on what went wrong or
insist that he account for his behavior throughout the entire time
they dated. Their relationship is between them; it's not your
cautionary tale or your soap opera. If they choose to share
details with you, that's fine — you don't need to stick your fingers
in your ears, unless an overt comparison is being made (see No.
4) — but don't push. Your relationship and theirs are separate
things, and you don't need to know anything they don't care to
tell you.

7. Recognize that some exes really are off-limits. It's easier, of
course, to have hard-line rules — "exes are never OK" versus
"exes are totally fine" — but that's not the world we live in. If
someone seriously mistreated your friend (we're talking
emotional or physical abuse, infidelity, lying, stealing, etc.), don't
date him, no matter how awesome his butt looks in jeans. This
has nothing to do with some kind of Eternal Dibs situation, and
everything to do with the fact that, by choosing to build a
relationship with someone who treated her horribly, you're telling
your friend you don't think what he did to her was all that bad.
Just walk away. There are lots of people out there who are just
as good in bed and haven't traumatized anyone you care about.
Set the precedent that people who are awful to your friends are
people who don't get to see you naked, and your life will be the
better because of it.

MAKING LOVE WORK: 3 things a relationship can never thrive without

If these three things are absent in your relationship, you might aswell kiss the relationship goodbye.Relationships are sparked by attraction and interest, butcan hardly be kept alive on just these things. It requires a lot more than that to keep a relationship healthy. While the list of the things that hold a relationship together couldstretch from here to there, some of these things are actually a lotmore important than others. For all relationships to thrive and stand the test of time, these threethings have to be present and taken more serious than all others…
1. Trust

The very bottom line of genuinely falling in love with someone istrust… a kind of belief in them that they won’t break your heart, thatthey won’t do you dirty.A relationship without trust is one wherein partners constantly walkon eggshells, wherein they can’t vouch for one another, and onewherein honesty is nowhere to be found.A relationship without total trust or at least 75% trust betweenpartners is not ideal, and is prone to breaking apart by some littletest.

2. Communication
Relationships do not suddenly attain perfection, and no matter howeasily two people hit the ground running, there are still going to bedifferences here and there which could ruin the chances of thatrelationship getting to a stage they might have envisaged when itbegan. This is where communication comes in. Proper communication isthat thing that smoothen out the creases in a relationship, andbeing able to discuss issues and talk through difficult patches cannever be over-emphasized.Of course, adequate communication might be most useful duringbad times in a relationship, but its importance is not limited to justthose times. It is an important tool to be put to use at all times, good or bad.

3. Commitment
Of these three, this is by all means the most important.Relationships can only stay alive when partners show a willingnessand the required work to keep it alive and make it work.Commitment in a relationship seems to incorporate almost allother traits - faithfulness, honesty, consideration, compromise, respect, loyalty, etc.A relationship without both partners' commitment will most likelyfail, because this is what fuels their desire to remain in therelationship, this is what pushes them to do all that is needed tomake their partner happy and satisfied, it is what makes themreach compromises and make all sacrifices needed to make therelationship work.If your relationship is without this and the other two thingsmentioned in this article, you just might as well kiss therelationship goodbye - because it is only a matter of time before itcomes crumbling to dust.

The Dove is Crying

THE DOVE IS CRYING

Waking up from my wooden cracking bed
I peeped through the window to see a shocking scene
Oh My God! A Dove came to greet Jahismine
But Alas! My Visitor is crying
“A Dove is crying” I said wondering
“Why are you crying?” I asked my Visitor
“Do you know who I am?” The Dove asked with tears
“Yes, you are the Symbol of Peace” I replied
“You are right, I am also called the Gentle One” The Dove said tears dropping
“Then why are you crying?” I asked incomprehensibly
“Because I am been ruled by touts and they are treating me roughly” The Dove replied
“Who are you and who are these touts?” I asked
“I represent the people of Nigeria, a country that other countries are seeing as a symbol of peace and no signs of natural hazards like other countries have. The touts are the Government ruling me, starting from the highest ranked to the Lowest ranked” The Dove replied
“How come you are telling me this?” I asked
“Because you are writer, and you know how to convey this message to the touts” the Dove replied
“Tell them the Dove is crying; tell them the gentle ones are lamenting; tell them the symbol of peace is gradually turning into a symbol of riot.” The Dove continued with tears in its eyes
This is a message to the Government of Nigeria.

Box Of Memories

BOX OF MEMORIES

We started like Romeo and Juliet
I claimed and called you my Juliet
We spent the most of times together
Rolling and bouncing from school together
It is a Box of Memories we created

Then we were caught by your mother
I expected the hands of love from your mother
But it was the opposite of the situation
Problem started forming a bad situation
But we’ve created a Box of Memories

The lawyer spoke through the judges
Told me I was not good around you
The Judges gave your mother a letter
That is keeping away from you
I kept the Box of Memories in my heart

Baby don’t worry I will continue to love you
The good times and happy times around you
Will always draw my heart closer to you
Because there is something I've got for you
It is a Box of Memories I created about you

FIVE THINGS SMART PEOPLE STRUGGLE WITH (a must read)

FIVE THINGS SMART PEOPLE STRUGGLE WITH

Toheeb is one of the smartest guys in the class back then in school. Since we graduated 2 years ago, he has been doing quite well in his career, but when he checks Instagram, he sees guys he outperformed in school who are making more money and achieving greater things than him.

Likewise, there some of his colleagues at his work place who are doing better than him.
All these makes him wonder with no choice than to ask himself, “What Am I Doing Wrong”?
You can relate right? You might relate to Toheeb yourself, or have a colleague or friend who struggles with the same feelings.

The truth is, raw intelligence is undoubtedly a huge asset, but it is not everything. And sometimes, when intellectually gifted people don’t achieve as much as they would like to,
it’s because they are indirectly under-rating themselves.
If you’re in this situation, the good news is that when you understand these things that are hindering your success as an intelligent person,
you can turn them around.

Below Are five Things Smart People Particularly Struggle With That Is Preventing
Them From Making It In Life:-
1. Smart People Don’t Value Other Skills, Like Relationship Building, And Over-concentrate On Intellect
2. Teamwork Can Be Frustrating For Very Smart People
3. Smart People Often Attach A Lot Of Their Self-esteem To Being Smart, Which Can Decrease Their Hustling Spirit
4. Smart People Get Bored Easily
5. Smart People Sometimes See In-depth Thinking  As The Solution To Every Problem

Very smart people sometimes are always over confident of their success in life because of their intellect, so they don’t see other soft skills as important.
For instance, some smart people don’t always feel the need to go out clubbing or chill out, they prefer to stay indoor working or watching educative programmes forgetting that going out chilling relaxes
the brain and also increases your chances of meeting people who will offer you bigger contracts.

They grow up being told they’re smart, and during their schooling, academic success comes more easily to them than to others.
It’s easy to understand why, as a result, they would continue to focus on their intellect as adults and other things like building strong relationships with people becomes meaningless to them.
In life, you need more than raw intelligence to get ahead. And only focusing on your greatest strength, rather than also addressing your weaknesses, tends to be self-destructive.

The Solution: Use your strengths to overcome your weaknesses. If you’re good at learning you can simply learn the skills that don’t come as naturally to you.
Learn how to talk to people, relate with others and developing positive attitude. For instance, identify three specific workplace diplomacy behaviours that would improve your success in that area. You can be smart buy your attitude makes you smarter!

Smart people grasps idea quickly and has high standards for their own performances. This makes it difficult for them when working with others who process information and grab ideas slowly.

This frustration develop early in smart kids they feel other slow learners are holding them back and as a result, they have problem with team work.
Some students will put it upon themselves to handle group assignments involving 10 people by themselves all because they feel they can do it all better.

Smart people also sometimes find it difficult to delegate because of a sense they can do a task better (regardless of whether this is actually true.) This is especially likely for those who have a perfectionist streak.

If you understand the concept of associative thinking you will know that no idea is entirely bad no matter how useless they appear. You can’t be smart in everything, some people know more than you in some situations.

The Solution: Be self-compassionate about your internal reactions and understand where they come from, but also learn to genuinely appreciate what people of different minds bring to a team.

If a lot of your self-esteem rests on your intelligence, it can be very difficult to be in situations that threatens your smartness.
Smart people always avoid taking risk that will put them situation of getting criticized and as such they are always contented the little success they are getting.

Any situation that triggers feeling not- smart is experienced as highly threatening. The smart person may even seek to avoid those situations, which ultimately holds the person back.

For instance, I have a secondary school mate who is a naturally gifted singer but won’t go into music because he feels the chance of making it in music in Nigeria is a low. That’s fear of failure.

The Solution: Take an objective view of the benefits of working with people who are, in some respects, smarter than you.
If you’re surrounding yourself with smart people, you’re doing something right. Remember, iron sharpens iron.
Develop relationships with people who you trust to give you helpful constructive feedback. The more you become accustomed to receiving criticisms as feedbacks from people who believe in your overall talents and capacities, the easier it will become.

If you’re smartcurious, and have a love of learning, you might find yourself loosing interest quickly in anything once you’ve learnt it.

This is why some people, after learning graphics design instead of focusing on it so that can be cashing out steady, they move to learning web-designs and after some months of getting bored with codes, they want to start learning video editing again.

The everyday execution side of one thing might bore you, and you’d rather constantly be learning new different things.

As a result, finding a niche and repeating the same formula might seem too boring or unchallenging to you as a smart person

The Solution: Instead of attempting dramatic change, decide on something related to what you’re currently into, learn it and be using it to break the boredom.
For instance, if you’re a graphics designer, you can learn photography so that when you get bored designing, you can go out to take some beautiful photos, then come back to design.
Additionally, make sure you’re learning across the various domains of your life, including your work, hobbies, physical fitness, understanding yourself and so on.

Intelligent people are used to succeeding through their thinking skills, but in most cases overlook when a different approach would be more beneficial.

For example, the smart person might attack every situation by trying to think it to death, over-researching every decision and ruminating over every mistake when other approaches geared towards coming up with solutions would be more fruitful.

The Solution: Notice when you’re thinking too much. Consider when strategies other than thinking are more likely to result in success.
Experiment with taking breaks to get unstuck, and allow yourself to learn by doing something instead of exhaustive advance research.
